I am a Mental Health Counselor​,​ Adult Educator​,​ and Career Counselor. To date​,​ the different professional paths I have followed (mental health counselor​,​ brand manager in large companies​/​multinationals​,​ entrepreneur​,​ organizer of leadership seminars and cooking therapy)​,​ along with my own personal journey (professional​,​ spouse​,​ mother​,​ entrepreneur)​,​ have enriched me with experiential experience and understanding across a wide range of topics. I have a deep belief that the inherent tendency of human beings is self-actualization. And through this belief​,​ my primary concern is to create an environment of acceptance​,​ safety​,​ and care that will provide you with the essential elements you need for your own journey towards it. Speaking in psychological terms​,​ I use an integrative approach that includes Systemic Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Faithful to my purpose and my deep love for people​,​ I continuously pursue my personal education​,​ specializing in group development​,​ couples counseling​,​ depression​,​ and loss management.
